Returns and Exchange Policy

You may return any item purchased online from Wear Casa. Returned items may be exchanged with a different size of the same item provided that the Return Conditions below are met. Please be advised that all returned items shall be evaluated to confirm its condition.

Return Conditions:

1. You have seven (7) days to return an item from the date it was purchased.
2. Returns shall only be processed by emailing wearcasaconcerns@gmail.com. Your email must be accompanied by the Order Number, Payment Confirmation, and digital receipt of purchase.
3. Products purchased with a coupon may not be exchanged/refunded.
4. Limited edition and promo merchandise with defects only are to be accepted by the policy once accessed by team casa.
5. Customers will be refunded based on their original mode of payment.
6. Your item may only be returned/exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
7. Products may be exchanged/refunded provided that the products are in its original condition with the original packaging.
8. For exchange of items:

Within Metro Manila: Bring the product/s to the following address, together with the original packing list:

The Gallery 5 Peso Tandang Sora, Quezon City

Outside Metro Manila or Outside the Philippines:

Address the Package To: The Gallery 5 Peso Tandang Sora, Quezon City, with the inclusion of the original packing list.

The Customer shall shoulder all Shipping costs.

9. Items that have been altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wear Casa reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags
3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 

*Refund & Exchange conditions may be subjected to Local Government Unit (LGU) restrictions in relation to COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
